Which localities welcome preschool children back to school?

Plans for preschool children to return to school in some provinces are as follows:

Ca Mau

The People’s Committee of Ca Mau province has just issued an official document allowing preschool children and students from grades 1 to 7 in the province to return to school from April 12.

The Department of Education and Training (Education and Training) shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the People’s Committees of districts, Ca Mau city and relevant agencies in continuing to review and strictly implement the conditions and regulations on epidemic prevention and control. Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training issued a document allowing preschool educational institutions in the whole province to welcome preschool children back to school from April 12.

In addition to ensuring epidemic prevention, schools and preschools must focus on organizing half-boarding meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene when students return to school.

Nam Dinh

Nam Dinh Department of Education and Training has informed educational institutions in the area about organizing direct teaching to ensure safety for preschool children and students.

Accordingly, preschool children in the whole Nam Dinh province will return to school directly from April 12. Schools have fully prepared conditions and plans to welcome children back to direct study to ensure safety against the COVID-19 epidemic.

Lao Cai

Lao Cai Department of Education and Training also has an implementation document to allow 5-year-old preschool children in epidemic areas (orange areas) to return to school from April 12. For educational institutions in communes/wards/towns with level 1 and 2 epidemics, organize teaching, learning and normal educational activities as planned.

Particularly for educational institutions in communes/wards/towns with level 3 epidemics, organize teaching, learning and normal educational activities as planned for 5-year-old children from April 12.

The Departments of Education and Training shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Medical Center in, guiding schools to develop teaching plans, scenarios, and solutions to be ready to respond to situations where positive cases appear in schools.

Hanoi

The Hanoi People’s Committee agreed with the proposal of the Department of Education and Training, allowing preschool children to go to school from April 13. At the same time, other centers performing the task of continuing education in 30 districts, towns and cities can organize educational activities.
