According to the presentation of Ms. NTAH (SN 1989, living in Thuan An city), around 4 pm on April 11, her family drove a car to An Thanh 14 street (An Thanh ward, Thuan An city) to go home. When entering the alley about 100m, the car of Mrs. H.’s house was blocked by a number of cars blocking the path, so she could not enter.
At this time, Ms. H. went to find the owner of the car to ask to move, but some people who were holding a party in the alley came out arguing, not agreeing to move to give way. A man in the group called himself a police officer and challenged Ms. H. to call the police.
After a while arguing, the two sides clashed., Ms. H. was attacked by some people with their hands and feet on the head and body. The entire incident was recorded by the car’s dash cam. The clip image also shows the scene of a man holding his hand, pulling his elbow, and controlling Ms.
After being assaulted, Ms. H and her family went to the police station to report injuries to the head and body.
