Budget revenue is more than 460,000 billion VND in the first 3 months of the year

A new report from the Ministry of Finance said that the state budget revenue in March reached 132,580 billion VND. Accumulated revenue in the first quarter of 2022 reached VND 460,600 billion, equaling 32.6% of the estimate, up 7.7% over the same period in 2021.

In which, domestic revenue in the first three months of the year reached VND 375,200 billion (equivalent to 31.9% of the estimate, up 4% over the same period in 2021).

In addition, revenue from crude oil reached VND 14,700 billion (equivalent to 52.3% of the estimate, up 67.6% over the same period in 2021). According to the Ministry of Finance, the increase in revenue from crude oil was mainly due to the high oil price when the average of the first quarter of 2022 reached about 90 USD/barrel.

In addition, revenue from import-export activities reached VND 70,600 billion in the first 3 months of the year (equivalent to 35.5% of the estimate, up 23.3% over the same period in 2021).

In the opposite direction, the total expenditure to balance the State budget in the first three months of the year reached VND 351,300 billion (equivalent to 19.7% of the estimate, up 2.5% over the same period in 2021).

Gasoline prices increased by nearly 50%

Regarding the management of the mayor, the Ministry of Finance said that in the first quarter of 2022, there were 7 periods of petrol and oil price regulation. In which, the price of A95 gasoline increased by 5,900 VND/liter; E5 gasoline price increased by 5,780 VND/liter and diesel oil price increased by 6,060 VND/liter.

On average, in the first quarter of 2022, the domestic gasoline price increased by 48.81% over the same period last year, causing the overall CPI to increase by 1.76 percentage points, the Ministry of Finance said.

In the stock market, as of March 31, 2022, the VN-Index reached 1,492.15 points, an increase of 0.1% compared to the end of February 2022 and a decrease of 0.41% compared to the end of 2021.

The HNX-Index closed at 449.62 points, up 2.1% compared to the end of last month and down 5.1% compared to the end of 2021.

The market capitalization of the three stock exchanges HOSE, HNX and UPCoM reached about VND 7,877 million, up 1.4% compared to the end of 2021, equivalent to 93.8% of GDP.

The stock market capitalization reached about VND 7,729 million billion, down 1.8% compared to the end of 2021, equivalent to nearly 91% of GDP.

In the second quarter of 2022, the Ministry of Finance said that it will conduct inspection and examination for public companies, securities trading organizations, and audit companies that are approved on the basis of the adjusted plan. .

Besides, it is the appraisal of dossiers of offer for sale and issuance according to regulations; closely monitor post-sale activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
