Cold before the female weapon the suspect used to brutally murder the owner of a fashion shop in Bac Giang
On April 13, the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police Bac Giang is holding criminal suspect Pham Thi Ha (SN 1984, residing in Nha Nam town, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province) for investigation of murder.
During the investigation and arrest of Ha, the authorities also seized a long knife that Ha used as the murder weapon.

Talking to the press, the leader of the Criminal Police Department, Bac Giang Provincial Police said that on the evening of April 11, victim M. went to her grandmother’s house to take a shower. Mrs. M.’s grandmother’s house is near subject Ha’s house (M.’s store is about 150 meters away from subject Ha’s house). Approaching her grandmother’s house, M. met Ha.

After that, Ha pulled out a prepared knife to slash 12 times in a row in the left neck, head and face of M. causing M to collapse on the spot and was taken to the emergency room at the District Health Center by the people. Tan Yen but died on the night of 11/4.
After committing the crime, Ha threw the weapon at the scene and fled. In the process of hiding, Ha used rat poison to commit suicide but failed.
Considering the subject’s criminal behavior, Lawyer Dang Van Cuong – Head of the Chinh Phap Law Office (Hanoi Bar Association) said that this is an act of showing hooliganism and aggression, just because of contradictions. The petty person who used a weapon to slash many times in key areas of the victim’s body, causing death, constitutes murder. Crimes and penalties are specified at Point n, Clause 1, Article 123 of the Penal Code.
For the act of using a knife to slash repeatedly on the victim’s body, the suspect may be subject to additional aggravating circumstances specified at Point e, Clause 1, Article 52 of the Penal Code “Deliberately performing crime to the end”.
The lawyer said that the subject’s behavior not only deprived citizens of the right to life protected by law, but also caused insecurity and order in the locality. Therefore, if the subject has full capacity to bear criminal responsibility, he will face the highest penalty of death in accordance with the law!
