Specifically, at the end of December 2021, functional forces surveyed and planned to build Central Highlands Central General Hospital in Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak). Soon after, a series of information appeared on social networks, saying that the Central Hospital would be located in Ea Tu commune, a suburban commune of Buon Ma Thuot city.

In just a short time when the above rumor appeared, the price of land in Ea Tu commune increased “dizzily”, all over dead ends, small alleys were hung with signs selling land for 200-300 million VND/m (each meter of land here. calculated horizontally, excluding depth – PV).

“In the past, the land in Ea Tu was about 150 million/m2. After rumors of building Central Highlands Central General Hospital, the land price jumped, in some places it increased by nearly 200 million VND/m2 compared to the old price”, said a resident of Ea Tu commune.

Mr. Bui Ta Danh, Vice Chairman of Ea Tu Commune People’s Committee confirmed that there was a lot of “sidewalk” information about projects in Ea Tu commune, causing land prices to increase recently by about 10-15%.
