Failure to update training diplomas will result in suspension of educational activities

According to Decree No. 24/2022/ND-CP of Goverment just issued, base Job educationvocational education centers – continuing education and enterprises will be suspended from vocational education activities if they do not update their diplomas and certificates of vocational education issued by their institutions on the Information page for looking up diplomas. vocational education at http://vanbang.gdnn.gov.vn.

The above regulation aims to strengthen education management, to help agencies, organizations and individuals easily look up and limit fraud.

Decree No. 24/2022/ND-CP also stipulates that vocational education institutions, vocational education and continuing education centers and enterprises shall be suspended from vocational education activities if: the cases specified at Points a, b and c, Clause 1, Article 20 of the Law on Vocational Education; organize vocational education activities according to the certificate of registration of vocational education activities, the certificate of additional registration of vocational education activities, which are issued improperly; failing to publicize the conditions to ensure the organization of vocational education activities for training lines and occupations after being granted certificates of registration of vocational education activities or certificates of registration by a competent authority. supplement vocational education activities on the website of their establishments; do not send the results publicly to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs where vocational education activities are organized.

In addition, Decree No. 24/2022/ND-CP also stipulates that vocational education institutions, vocational education and continuing education centers and enterprises are granted certificates of registration of vocational education activities. If an employee is registered at the head office, he/she may register for additional vocational education activities in the following cases: Supplementing a new training industry or training level (except for cases where he or she decides to open a training profession according to his/her own discretion). specified in Clause 3, Article 14 of this Decree); exceeds 10% of the total enrollment per year of the professions and occupations in the same group of industries and occupations at each location as stated in the certificate of registration of vocational education activities, the certificate of additional registration of activities. Job education; division, separation, merger of vocational education institutions, vocational education and continuing education centers and enterprises; establishment of a branch that organizes training activities or adds a training location in addition to the training location provided in the certificate of registration of vocational education activities, the certificate of registration of additional vocational education activities Karma; move the head office or branch or training location to another place, where the branch or training location is the place where the training is directly organized; business name change.
