Indulging my wife so much that she doesn’t respect me

I am 32 years old, have two daughters who are two and a half years old and almost three months old. My income is high and stable, over 100 million VND per month. After receiving my salary, I transferred most of it to my wife; the savings, family expenses, the wife will balance. I only keep a few million pocket money. Wife’s monthly income is over 10 million VND. As for my family, I take great care of it. We have lived abroad for four years, so my family does all the chores to help my wife, such as cooking, washing dishes, taking care of the children, and bathing them.

More than a month ago, we returned to our hometown to ask our grandparents to help take care of our two children. Unfortunately, at that time, both grandparents were positive for Covid-19 within a week, the grandmother was sick again, and the change in the environment made the two children sick for a few days. Those incidents made my wife angry even though every day it revolved around chores like milking, taking care of the children and a few nights of sleeping with the children due to the illness of the grandparents (of course, I supported her as much as I could). Normally, my wife doesn’t have to work so hard, so she’s stressed.

The thing that gave me a headache was that today my wife told me not to go back to my hometown from now on, and then the couple argued. I am the oldest child, after having two younger sisters, it hurts me when my wife opens up like that. Did my wife disrespect me because I pampered her too much?

I did not beg my wife to go back to my hometown with me, I thought about divorce when my husband and I argued many times but loved our children. What should I do?
