The fire that happened at noon on April 12, at a villa in Cam Binh ward, Cam Pha city (Quang Ninh) caused a stir in speculation. According to information from leaders of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, the fire of Mr. Do Xuan H’s family villa at No. 233, Cam Binh urban area, Cam Pha city caused Ms. Tran Thi H (SN 1976, wife of Mr. Mr. H) died.
The initial cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical short. The fire started in the kitchen and then spread to other areas.

Regarding the fire mentioned above, according to information from Dan Tri newspaper, the owner of a famous business in Cam Pha said that the entire interior of the burnt villa was made of good and precious wood; Not to mention the precious stones collected by the owner of this villa and other valuable belongings.
Recorded at the scene, the luxurious villa is now smoky outside, darkened with black smoke. Inside, many properties were burned. It is known that on the morning of April 13, the victim’s family had to use an old house nearby to take care of the afterlife for the ill-fated female owner of the castle.

The fire spread, destroying many properties of the family
According to people nearby, when there was a fire, they heard a loud explosion, then discovered that the fire was coming from the kitchen area and quickly spread to the first floor of the building.
Sharing with Thanh Nien newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Van Son (people present at the scene) said: “At the time of the fire, people heard a few explosions but did not know from where. Outside, people also say that the boss is not at home at work. Inside the castle, there is a mistress, and the children are going to school.”
“At the time of the fire, the fire brigade carried a ladder truck that entered from the roof. However, inside the house is full of precious wood, and there are many flammable objects that cause toxic smoke to emit.Mr. Son added.
As previously reported, around 11 a.m. on April 12, at the castle No. 223, Cam Binh Urban Area (Cam Binh Ward, Cam Pha City) a fire broke out.
The fire was determined to have started in the kitchen of the villa and spread to the surrounding area. In just a few minutes, the entire first floor of the villa was destroyed by fire.
Notably, at the time of the incident, two people were trapped inside the villa. The maid who was on the 1st floor managed to escape, and Ms. Tran Thi H. (46 years old), the owner of the castle, was stuck on the 2nd floor so she could not get out.
After the fire broke out, the functional forces mobilized 3 fire engines and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire. After about 30 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished. The owner of the villa was taken to the emergency room but died outside the hospital.
