The incident happened on the afternoon of April 11. The injured victims include TQH, D.T.Đ (with SN 2000, living in District 4) and HN (SN 2003).
According to initial information, on the afternoon of April 11, H’s ex-girlfriend and some relatives came to ask for the amount of 1 million VND borrowed by H. After paying, there was a conflict between the girl and H, the girl left and after a while, some people with weapons came back to chase H and D. The two victims who were chased and slashed ran into a relative’s house to hide, and were chased and wounded by this group of people.
Many people in the alley intervened, but the aggressive subjects threatened the people in the alley. While looking for H and D, this group of people saw N sleeping in H’s motel room, so they rushed in to cut N and smashed many things before leaving.
All three victims were transported to the hospital with injuries to their arms, shoulders and legs. District 4 police recorded the information and organized a search.
