Authorities determined that the vehicle in the clip carrying BKS 43C-159.28 towed the trailer 43R-006.32, driven by driver Tran Cong (SN 1984, resident of Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang city) .
This driver was then invited to the police station to work.
