Making

Prepare lean shoulder meat, mince or grind 1 time.

Marinate minced meat with 1 teaspoon MSG, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 tablespoon fish sauce and stir well for 15 minutes to infuse.

Marinate minced/ground meat with fish sauce and soup powder to infuse spices.
