On April 14, Qualcomm Corporation held a press conference to summarize the Vietnam Forward program, and at the same time announced the cooperation with the Dariu Foundation to further improve digital skills and enhance the abilities of young people in various fields. science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Vietnam Forward is a program that awards students with Always On, Always Connected computers (always on, always connected – ACPC) running on Qualcomm Technologies’ Snapdragon computing platform and equipped with mobile LTE features to ensure connectivity continuous internet connection. The ACPC notebook is working to close the digital divide in Vietnam by using Snapdragon-powered technologies, reshaping the way students learn and the way educators teach.

Meanwhile, the Dariu Foundation supports and trains teachers in professional development, providing students with STEM skills, including coding, computer science, and cybernetics. Students learn to code in class and bring their devices home to do group programming exercises. More than 6,000 teachers are also participating in programming training and career development courses.

It is known that the Dariu Foundation started the initiative to lend computers with the “mobile school” model to train digital skills and competencies for teachers and students many years ago.
