On December 28, prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused and detained Trang to investigate the crime of “torture other people” (article 140 of the Penal Code). On the morning of January 5, the investigating police agency of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department informed that it had made a decision to supplement the decision to prosecute the case of “Murder” (article 123 of the Penal Code) against Nguyen Vo Quynh Trang; prosecuted the case of “Concealing a crime” (article 389 of the Penal Code) with Nguyen Kim Trung Thai.
