The victim is HVV (SN 2008, is a student, living in the same commune).

Initially at the police station, suspect Cuong confessed that because he needed money to buy drugs to use, on April 4, Cuong wandered around Chieng Luong commune with the intention of robbing people’s property on the street.
In this area, when he saw V. riding a motorbike alone, subject Cuong waved his car to ask for a ride. After that, the subject used a knife to kill V., robbed a motorbike that sold for 1 million dong, and then sought to buy drugs.
On the morning of April 5, Cuong was examined by the Mai Son district police and made a dossier and sent him to a compulsory detoxification facility.
On April 11, a local resident smelled a stench in the sugarcane growing area in Lu village. Immediately after that, the functional forces and the people spread to all directions to check, they discovered the body of V.
According to the results of the autopsy, the victim had 15 injuries to the back and neck area, identified as being stabbed with a knife.
The case is still being investigated and clarified.
