Fire at a restaurant under a building in Hanoi, smoke rises high
On the morning of April 15, a fire broke out at the restaurant in the Vicostone 167 Hoang Ngan building, causing people to panic and flee.
News from newspaper Law and Readers said, The fire happened around 9:20 am on April 15.
The fire started in the kitchen area below the basement. “We saw smoke rising, so we just rushed out to escape.” a cook shared with the newspaper above.

About 30 minutes later the fire was brought under control. At 10:30 am on the same day, the functional forces were still at the scene to clarify the cause of the incident.
