A fire broke out at a restaurant in the Vicostone building 167 Hoang Ngan (Cau Giay district, Hanoi), causing people to panic and flee.
According to initial information, the fire occurred at about 9:20 am on April 15. According to a kitchen staff member, at the time, the fire started in the kitchen area below the basement.
“We saw smoke rising, so we just rushed out to escape,” a cook shared.
