Sheriff Says: ‘Golden Fish Cookies’ Made 3 Virginia Toddlers With THC

Three Virginia toddlers who were sickened last month by “goldfish crackers” tested positive for THC, the psychoactive substance in marijuana, according to a statement from the Stafford County Sheriff.

Rebecca Swanner, 60, a licensed in-home daycare provider for children, re-filed her daycare license and then surrendered to police on Thursday and was charged with three counts of cruelty and cause injury to children. Swanner was later released on a $2,000 bond, sheriff speak.
