The incident happened on April 11, in Ganzhou town, Jiangxi province, China.

In the clip, someone is dining in a restaurant when a rotating fan fixed to the wall suddenly falls on a man’s head.

Terrified, the two people sitting on the opposite side immediately stood up. Luckily the victim was not injured. The entire incident was recorded by surveillance cameras.

Mr. Zhu, the restaurant owner, said he decided not to charge for the meal. However, the guests said that making money is not easy now and they were not injured, so they insisted on paying the bill.
