Surprising testimony of the girl’s killer at a mini apartment in Cau Giay

The incident happened on the afternoon of April 12, Phung Van Vinh (SN 1994, hometown of Trung Yen, Son Duong, Tuyen Quang) went to Ms. NTH’s motel room at the mini-apartment’s motel room at lane 143 Quan Hoa street (Quan Hoa ward) , Cau Giay district, Hanoi). Here, Vinh asked Ms. H. to pay, but Ms. H, could only pay 6 million dong and said she would continue to pay. After that, the two sides clashed, Vinh took a fruit knife in Ms. H’s room and stabbed him repeatedly, killing the victim.

After committing the crime, Vinh took 3 phones of the victim including 1 iPhone 12, 1 iPhone 6, 1 black and white phone, then locked the door of the motel room and quickly fled to the South.

On the evening of April 15, Vinh was arrested while hiding in Quang Binh province.

At the police station, Vinh initially confessed that he knew Ms. H. and lent her 80 million dong.

Unable to collect the debt, Vinh took a fruit knife and stabbed the woman several times, leading to death.

Vinh confessed that he specializes in shepherding prostitutes, and there is an acquaintance relationship between the subject and the victim and is related to debt. This is one of the primary reasons leading to the subject’s hand to kill the victim.

Previously, the case was discovered by people on the morning of April 15 at a mini-apartment located in lane 143 Quan Hoa street, Quan Hoa ward, Cau Giay district. The victim is a pretty, lovely woman in her 30s who gets along well with the people living around.

Recognizing the case with signs of murder and robbery, the Cau Giay District Police urgently investigated and applied professional measures to arrest the perpetrators.

According to the investigator, the Public Security Agency also returned to Trung Yen commune to verify the identity of Vinh.
