In the third and fourth quarters of 2022, Hanoi is expected to start construction of two social housing projects with 1,860 apartments.

In which, some types of real estate in some localities increased in price quite high compared to the previous month. Prices of rental properties in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City increased slightly compared to February 2022. Particularly, the price of apartments for rent in Da Nang has a relatively good price increase compared to the previous month.

The real estate price index compared to February 2022 is as follows: In Hanoi, apartments increased by 1.53%; individual housing increased by 2.24%; land for housing construction increased by 2.85%. in Ho Chi Minh City, apartments increased by 2.48%; individual housing by 2%; land for housing construction increased by 3.6%.
