The Ministry of Construction proposed “hot” solutions to handle violations of land auctions, a typical example of Thu Thiem case

The Ministry of Construction has just reported on the results of the first quarter of 2022, in which, it has completed the application for the development of the Housing Law (amended) and the Law on Real Estate Business (amended).

In which, there are 5 social housing projects including 20,765 units (Binh Duong 4 projects include 20,000 units, Kien Giang 1 project includes 765 units); 2 workers housing projects including 3,200 units (Quang Ninh 1 project includes 1000 apartments, meeting 5500 accommodation; Bac Ninh 01 project includes 2200 apartments, meeting 11,000 accommodation). In the third and fourth quarters of 2022, Hanoi is expected to start construction of two social housing projects with 1,860 apartments.

Accordingly, in March 2022, the average transaction price of real estate for sale in the whole market was in an uptrend. In which, some types of real estate in some localities increased in price quite high compared to the previous month. Prices of rental properties in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City increased slightly compared to February 2022. Particularly, the price of apartments for rent in Da Nang has a relatively good price increase compared to the previous month.

The real estate price index compared to February 2022 is as follows: In Hanoi, apartments increased by 1.53%; individual housing increased by 2.24%; land for housing construction increased by 2.85%. in Ho Chi Minh City, apartments increased by 2.48%; individual housing by 2%; land for housing construction increased by 3.6%.
