The identity of the subject was identified as Phung Van Vinh (SN 1994, hometown of Tuyen Quang province) arrested in the territory of Quang Binh province after 12 hours of arrest.

Accordingly, through understanding the suspect’s information related to the murder that happened in Hanoi, the Quang Binh Provincial Police inspected a passenger car passing through the territory of Quang Trach district on the route to the southern provinces, discovered and arrest the suspect.
Earlier on the morning of April 15, the authorities received a report at a mini apartment building in Lane 143 Quan Hoa Street (Cau Giay) about a woman in her 30s being murdered.
Immediately after that, the Cau Giay District Police and professional units of the City Police urgently went into the hunt to catch the culprit.
Sharing with reporters, a woman living in this mini-apartment said: “Through my interactions, I feel that she is a friendly and sociable person. She also has a pet dog, during her stay here. I did not see the victim have anything to say.”
According to this person, the security of the house is very good, because it is surrounded by a solid iron fence system, the doors must be fingerprinted. Therefore, if the door is not opened by someone from the inside, it is almost impossible for a stranger to enter.

The security guard of the building added that the victim lived alone but sometimes brought a man home.
