The whole house uses a smart electrical system. As a result, homeowners only need to sit in one place to be able to control all electrical devices from the 1st to the 6th floor through the application on the phone. In addition, the house also features voice control.
Although the floor area is quite modest, the house gives viewers a feeling of spaciousness and freshness because the owner chooses white as the main color. In this area, homeowners also put a set of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy coffee. The space is evaluated by Tien Duy as beautiful and romantic, feeling like he is going to drink coffee outside the shop instead of going to review the house.
