Currently, the authentication of citizen information between the national database of residents and insurance is being completed, so patients who go to medical care for the first time should bring their health insurance card with photo identification or a smartphone. In case the patient has not been granted a citizen ID with a chip attached, medical facilities will still receive patients according to the medical examination and treatment process covered by insurance as prescribed.
