Assign the Department of Industry and Trade to strengthen the inspection and control of the market, strictly handle acts of speculation, hoarding, taking advantage of petrol price fluctuations to raise prices of goods and services unreasonably; regularly control the market to prevent trade fraud and smuggling in border areas when domestic gasoline prices are lower than some countries, especially when reducing taxes on environmental protection.

In addition, the Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Provincial Market Management Department to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments, branches and localities in preventing, combating and handling acts of trading in counterfeit goods, violating the law on quality, measurement, price and food safety, especially for essential commodities such as: liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, fertilizer, animal feed, pork…; strengthen the inspection and control of the market, strictly handle acts of smuggling and commercial fraud.
