TikToker was sanctioned for calling to support Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang

Binh DuongLe Van Phung, 32 years old, was fined 4 million VND for posting TikTok calling for protests in support of Nguyen Phuong Hang.

On April 17, Phung was punished by the Tan Uyen Town Police for his behavior Organizing to incite and incite others to cause trouble or disturb public order according to Point a, Clause 4, Article 7 of Decree 144/2021 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of social security, order and safety.

After Mrs Nguyen Phuong Hang was arrested, on the evening of March 26, Phung used the account TikTok@punguniexport posted a video calling for a protest at the gate of Dai Nam tourist area (of Mrs. Hang and her husband) in Hiep An ward, Thu Dau Mot city, to support the accused.

Working with the investigative security agency, Phung admitted the behavior and purpose was sentence like, sentence view. This person removed the video, said he was aware of the mistake and pledged not to repeat it.
