To implement Resolution No. 12/2021/UBTVQH15, the Government has assigned the Ministry of Health to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units in, developing a draft Decree detailing and implementing measures to Resolution No. 12/ 2021/UBTVQH15.

The Ministry of Health said that the draft Decree was appraised by the Ministry of Justice on February 28, 2022, and the Ministry of Health is coordinating with the Ministry of Justice and relevant ministries and branches to complete the draft and submit it to the Government. review and issue.
