Information on Dan Tri said that around 7pm on April 17, the wedding dress shop sign at a 2-storey house on Ho Van Hue street (ward 9, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City) suddenly caught fire. According to Zing, hundreds of students and residents living next to the factory shouted to flee. Students carrying possessions one by one followed the stairs to evacuate the dormitory during the night.

Police of Fire Prevention and Rescue, Ho Chi Minh City Police have arrived at the scene to coordinate the fire fighting force in District 11 to divide into many directions to put out the fire. The police are coordinating with District 11 authorities to estimate the damage and investigate the cause.
