I can’t buy country land, but I don’t understand why it has increased so much?” – A netizen (Dung Le) also eagerly shared the current situation.
Thus, it is possible to temporarily judge that the current land price in Vietnam is on an upward trend, which is not true to its true value, if it is risky to invest right now is also a matter to consider. Because when the market heats up during an unstable or unreasonable time, there will be natural regulation (or intervention) to stabilize the market.
Real estate in general or land in particular in general are also profitable investments for keen investors. But when the price of land is increasing day by day like today, the opportunity for people in need to own a house, the real customers of investors, is difficult to reach the opportunity to settle down.
