Suddenly, a black SUV car rushed to the front of the restaurant and 3 men wearing masks got down and walked towards Jenny. One of the three is said to have splashed acidic liquid in Jenny’s face before fleeing the scene.

Jenny screams in pain and the female TikToker can be heard screaming in panic: “I can’t see anymore, give me water”. The phone camera is now no longer facing Jenny’s face, but the screams can be heard by viewers. A moment later, the restaurant waiter hurriedly took a bottle of water and poured it on Jenny’s face.

She was then taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, where she filmed another video showing burns to her forehead and neck.

Speaking to the camera, Jenny said: “Look at the burns on my neck and head. My eyes too.”. The female TikToker said she was extremely scared because she temporarily lost her vision when the attack happened. In another clip, she describes how the glasses saved her. Jenny says: “I was wearing glasses, imagine if I didn’t wear glasses, the consequences would be dire.”

Other information recently collected by the police said that Alia, Jenny’s older sister, was once married to a drug trafficker named Steven Elmir, then both divorced. This man was once considered the most feared “underworld” character in Sydney. Elmir was recently sentenced to up to 24 years in prison for his role in a conspiracy to import nearly 2 tons of illegal drugs from the Netherlands in 2017.

Police are also investigating a potential link between Jenny’s attackers and the notorious “criminal family” known as the Alameddine, which has been linked to a number of recent attacks.
