Work with FLC Group Joint Stock Company to carry out procedures for terminating the operation of Hoang Long Industrial Park project.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction to urgently coordinate with relevant units, complete the urban general planning plan of Thanh Hoa province until 2040, and report to the Provincial People’s Committee for consideration according to regulations.

For the amount of more than 20 billion VND that FLC Group has paid in advance to compensate and support site clearance, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant sectors and units to advise. to request the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Finance to guide handling procedures.

FLC Hoang Long Industrial Park project started in 2015, with an area of ​​​​over 286 hectares, with a total investment of over 2,300 billion VND. This is a multi-industry industrial park associated with an industrial city, focusing on investing in clean industries with less environmental pollution.

It is expected that by 2017, after completing, basically filling the industrial park will create jobs for about 80,000 workers.

FLC Hoang Long Industrial Park is oriented to become a model industrial park both in terms of infrastructure investment, in terms of green, clean, and beautiful architectural landscape… However, since the project’s inception until now, this place is still under construction. empty land and fields.
