Ho Chi Minh CityUsing noni, combined with Vikill water, Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Suong researched drinks that support alcohol detoxification, effective after 5-15 minutes of use.

Having studied for many years in the fields of analytical chemistry and biotechnology, since 2015, Ms. Suong has studied many herbs available in the wild, including Noni. This is a plant in the coffee family, scientific name Morinda citrifolia, usually grows in the central and southern provinces. Researching the ingredients from the noni tree, she discovered that the fruit contains a lot of group B minerals that can be processed into foods to support alcohol withdrawal.

“Non fruit is rich in vitamins of group B such as B1, B6, B12 … naturally, helping to neutralize the alcohol concentration in the human body, supporting alcohol detoxification”, Ms. Suong said about the idea of suitable extraction. substances from noni tree to develop products suitable for Vietnamese people.

After harvest, Noni is disinfected and microbially fermented for three days and nights to remove ammonia (NH3) in the fruit, then dried, extracted, and cooked into a paste, she said. The rate of noni in the product is about 40%, the rest is high density sand convex to help protect liver function when using alcoholic beverages. In addition, Ms. Suong also added the essence of ginseng, reishi, and honey to help increase resistance and eliminate toxins in the stomach.

To increase the effectiveness of alcohol treatment, in addition to noni, Ms. Suong combined with Vikill water (H2O3) produced from a quantum mechanical machine. When drinking Vikill water in the stomach, it will reduce the human body’s ability to absorb alcohol. In addition, with bactericidal properties, Vikill water also has the function of preserving high-grade products that are not damaged during the packaging process.

According to Ms. Suong, the alcohol concentration in the human body decreases more or less depending on the condition of each person. The use of anti-alcohol drinks does not mean that when using it, you can’t get drunk, because the neutralization mechanism reduces the alcohol concentration only up to a certain threshold. If taken in excess of the threshold, there will be an excess of B vitamins, causing the body to be hot, tense, sweat … “From the studies, we recommend that users only use 15 ml before and after taking it. alcohol,” said Ms. Suong.

The product has been experimentally researched on humans for two years and tested for food safety by the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City. The research team is working on a technical file to be considered for a patent. “Non fruit is very popular in the southern provinces, so the source of raw materials is quite abundant. I hope the product has a chance to develop,” she said.

According to Herbalist Bang Cam Hong, Oriental Medicine Association of Tan Phu district, foods rich in B vitamins in noni fruit have the ability to break down alcohol and heal nerve damage in the body. The addition of vitamin B before and after drinking alcohol helps reduce feelings of hangover and discomfort. This is a study that supports drunk people, not harming their health, among the many foods and herbs that help with alcohol that scientists have discovered.

“Folks also have many other ways to cure alcohol such as asparagus, fruit juice, cereals, ginger lemon tea… Alcohol is a diuretic drink that makes the body easy to lose water, so it is necessary to replenish water after drinking to reduce it. feeling tired when waking up the next morning, or drinking a glass of water or a glass of wine,” Hong said.
