Enrollment quota for class 10 of 114 public schools in Ho Chi Minh City

The 10th grade entrance exam in Ho Chi Minh City took place on June 11-12.

Students compete in 3 subjects including: Mathematics, Literature, Foreign Language.

In which time for Math and Literature exam is 120 minutes.

The duration of the foreign language exam is 90 minutes.

Grade 10 admission test score usually = Math score + Literature score + Foreign language score + Consolation score (if any).

Candidates will be able to register three priority aspirations 1, 2, 3 for admission to grade 10 of public high schools (except Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted and High School for the Gifted, University of Vietnam). Ho Chi Minh City National University).

For the 10th grade Specialization and 10th grade integration, candidates take the specialized and integrated exam on the afternoon of June 12, the time for the Specialized and integrated exam is 150 minutes.

Grade 10 Admission Test Score = Math score + Literature score + Foreign Language score + Specialty score x 2 + Consolation score (if any).

Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted accepts secondary school students from other provinces to take the exam if they meet all the conditions as prescribed. Students register 4 aspirations, of which 1, 2, and 5 are into the specialized class; Expectations 3,4 to enter non-specialized classes at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted and Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted.

If a student is not admitted to a specialized school, the gifted class will still be able to enroll in the 10th grade of the high school.
