However, the increase depends on the operator’s use of the stabilization fund (BOG). If the BOG fund is not used, the price of gasoline may increase from 800 to 1,000 VND per liter depending on the type.

Similarly, diesel oil decreased by 700 VND/liter; kerosene fell by 737 dong/liter and madut oil kept the same price.

Regarding petroleum management, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh recently asked relevant ministries and agencies to ensure a balance between supply and demand of petroleum products to meet the needs of the domestic market.
