After that, Nguyen Kim Trung Thai and his lover Nguyen Vo Quynh Trang took him to the hospital in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District for emergency treatment, but the victim died before being hospitalized.

Another source said that on December 22, 2021, during 4 hours (from 14:00 to 18:00), Trang used a dangerous weapon, a large and long wooden tree, to repeatedly hit VA’s nephew, including both the head and forehead, and this woman also kicked the abdomen, buttocks, vulva, and breasts.
Trang also used ropes to tie her hands and feet until VA was exhausted, but still forced her to kneel to study, study and drink water while kneeling. When her granddaughter was kneeling, Trang used her hand to slap her niece’s head, causing her niece to be exhausted…

Mrs. NTH (the baby’s mother VA) sent an application to the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, the Police of Binh Thanh District, asking for an increase in the punishments for Nguyen Vo Quynh Trang and Nguyen Kim Trung Thai for murder and torture. after the Binh Thanh District Police prosecuted Trang for the crime of “tortured others”.
Regarding the incident, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Duong Anh Duc asked the Ho Chi Minh City Police to urgently coordinate with the Binh Thanh District Police to clarify the murder case and strictly handle the individuals involved.
