Mercedes-Benz’s largest electric SUV revealed
Last year, Mercedes launched the EQS sedan, which is considered a model for a car tram luxurious. Recently, the German brand continues to launch a completely new 7-seat SUV version. Users will have the opportunity to drive a larger, more spacious, all-electric vehicle.

In the North American market, the Mercedes-Benz EQS electric SUV will be available in two versions: EQS 450+ and EQS 580 4Matic. The standard EQS 450+ is equipped with an electric motor located on the rear axle, producing a maximum capacity of 355 horsepower and maximum torque of 568 Nm. The vehicle’s operating range is from 536km to 660km according to the European WLTP test cycle.
More powerful is the EQS 580 4Matic version with dual engines located on 2 bridges, producing a total capacity of 536 horsepower and maximum torque of 858 Nm. The operating range is from 507 – 613 km.

With DC fast charging system, Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV 2023 only needs 31 minutes to increase battery capacity from 10% to 80%. If using slow AC charging, the time to fully charge the battery will be 11 hours 25 minutes.
With dimensions of 5125mm long, 1959mm wide and 1718mm high, the Mercedes-Benz EQS 2023 SUV has an overall length of 94mm shorter, 71mm narrower and 105mm lower than the 7-seat GLS. But its wheelbase is 75mm longer, maximizing interior space.
The second row of seats can be electrically adjusted forward and back up to 127 mm.
Interior, technology features
Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV 2023 possesses a modern interior space and is filled with technology. In the standard version, the car has a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment screen and a digital instrument panel with a 12.3-inch screen. In addition, the car also has a panoramic sunroof, heated / cooled seats and optional 3rd row seats.

With the more advanced version, the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV 2023 is equipped with a Hyperscreen screen of the MBUX infotainment system. This is a combination of a 12.3-inch driver display, a 17.7-inch central touchscreen and a 12.3-inch passenger display into a 141cm pane of glass that spans the entire dashboard.
The center screen and passenger screen use OLED technology and combine music streaming home software, voice assistant, up to 7 driver profiles and a combination of fingerprint and facial recognition technology, voice.
