Protecting the landfill throws a knife through the chest of the person who speaks ill of him
The People’s Court of Da Nang City has just opened a first-instance trial and sentenced Nguyen Duc Hoang (a security guard, 30 years old, living in Hoa Khanh Nam ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang) to 11 years in prison for murder.
Hoang was sentenced to two years in prison twice for robbery and property theft. Released from prison, this young man and his neighbor LT (32 years old) applied to work as a security guard at Khanh Son landfill (Hoa Khanh Nam ward).

On July 26, 2021, while working, Hoang heard a colleague tell a story about LT saying bad things about him about Hoang not allowing people to pick up trash at Khanh Son landfill for fear of spreading the Covid-19 disease.
Annoyed that T. had made up a story about him, on the evening of the same day, Hoang held a knife to poke a 35-centimeter pig’s blood at the landfill, then rode his motorbike over to T.’s house to talk.
While talking back and forth, the two had a scuffle. During the scuffle, when was punched in the face by Hoang, T. punched back, then Hoang chased after him, threw a knife into T’s chest.
Then, Hoang called the family to take the victim to the hospital for emergency. As a result of the examination, T. suffered lung damage, broken ribs, and 16% injuries.
