Secret Service shoots dead intruder in Peru Ambassador’s house
AmericaSecret Service officers shot an intruder at the Peruvian ambassador’s residence in Washington, DC, killing him.
“Following a confrontation, uniformed officers shot an intruder at a mansion in the Forest Hills area, northwest of the city, this morning,” Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said on April 20. know, adding that no officers were injured.

Washington D.C. police chief Robert Contee said the intruder was holding a metal rod and banging on the windows of the mansion. The two agents initially used stun guns to try to arrest the man, before opening fire, killing him.
