Will there be no iPhone mini in the iPhone 14 generation?

As reported by 9to5Mac, a user on Weibo posted a photo of what they believe to be a leaked schematic of the product line. iPhone 14″ coming soon. The diagrams, if accurate, suggest that Apple will ditch the mini iPhone in favor of a full-size regular iPhone for this year’s lineup.

Users also said that while the regular iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will retain the current notch, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will adopt a new tablet and hole design on the front screen.

While the regular iPhone 14 will keep the diagonal lens, the Pro versions will seem to follow the trend of using the same three lenses and a LiDAR scanner.

Weibo user also pointed out that, “according to previous rumors, the iPhone 14 Pro will use the exclamation point camera design, while the iPhone 14 and 14 Max will still be designed with a notch”.

While it’s still unclear and it’s currently impossible to know if the schematics were actually leaked from Apple suppliers, they’re certain the information fits with the rumors so far.

It seems that users are about to say goodbye to the iPhone mini. If so, we must all hope that the next iPhone SE will adopt the design and size of Apple’s small but powerful iPhone.
