After appropriating many people’s property, knowing that the police agency was investigating, Khoa left the locality. By professional measures, in early April 2022, Ca Mau Provincial Police discovered Khoa’s whereabouts, so he invited him to work.
At the police station, Khoa confessed that, in addition to the amount of over VND 50 billion that people reported, Khoa also mortgaged his family’s assets at some banks in the province with an amount of over VND 50 billion and owed money to other banks. other individuals about 80 billion VND.
