CMC is a partner of Vietnam Blockchain Alliance

VBU belongs to the Vietnam Digital Media Association, connecting organizations and individuals to research, apply, invest, and develop policies on Blockchain (including state management agencies and the private sector).

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong – Chairman of Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) – said that in the industrial revolution 4.0, along with AI, Big Data, Robotic, Blockchain is considered the key technology for digital transformation. Blockchain is increasingly being asserted as an important agent of the digital economy and this technology has helped Vietnam make a mark with world powers. Aware of the above trend, the Vietnam Digital Media Association has issued a decision to establish the “Club Vietnam Blockchain Alliance“, referred to as the Vietnam Blockchain Alliance.

Becoming a partner of this alliance, CMC has the opportunity to accompany the parties to share knowledge, experience and solutions, towards the common goal of developing and effectively applying Blockchain to the digital economy, contributing for country number conversion.

At the launching ceremony of Vietnam Blockchain Alliance, Mr. Dang Minh Tuan – Chairman of Vietnam Blockchain Union (VBU) – shared the two main tasks of VBU: consulting, policy criticism and connecting the expert community, engineers and personnel working in the field of Blockchain technology, applying Blockchain technology.

VBU also participates in training, propagating and disseminating knowledge; promoting investment, connecting domestic and foreign market supply and demand, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation; participate in appraising and evaluating Blockchain technology, recommending and warning of operational risks of projects or community groups with abnormal signs; consulting and connecting careers in the field of Blockchain.

Dr. Dang Minh Tuan – Director of CMC Applied Research Institute holds the position of Chairman of Vietnam Blockchain Alliance from April 21, 2022.

According to Dr. Dang Minh Tuan, in order for Vietnam to become a powerhouse in technology, we are anxious to find technologies that support the country to make breakthroughs. Blockchain is the new, most disruptive technology. Vietnam is proud because in the Blockchain field there are unicorns. Vietnam also leads a number of segments in the Blockchain market, with a game business owning 200 products, capitalization to $ 9.7 billion.

At the CMC Applied Research Institute, Dr. Dang Minh Tuan and his colleagues also have many researches on Blockchain technology. Especially the Blockchain application solution for traceability, diploma management in agriculture and education. His researches will contribute positively to VUB’s activities.
