From hate, the emperor of China used the eunuch to make the Ming dynasty fall

Although Sung Trinh De made many people admire by destroying the faction of the eunuch Wei Trung Hien, but only a year later he used the eunuch, making posters laugh: “The Ming Dynasty lost the country, not because of the robbers, but lost it. right from the gate, not lost at the border, but lost at the intervention of the Mansion.”

MINH TRIEU CRISIS

In 1619, Nurhaci commanded the Jurchens (the Qing army) easily defeating the allied forces of the Ming Dynasty and the Choson Empire (518-year Korean dynasty). Soon after, the Kaiyuan, Tieling, Liaoyang and Shenyang regions were overthrown, respectively, and Liaodong was occupied by Nurhachi’s maneuvering tactics, or tactics of attrition. The Jurchens at this point continued to turn their sights on Jinzhou, Ningyuan, and Shanhai, one of the gateways to Beijing, along with Jiayuguan and Jurong Guan.

The Ming court began to panic, protecting Son Hai at all costs with a battle plan to abandon the outer defenses. It was a defensive measure influenced by the Yem party (also known as the Hoan Quan party) led by the eunuch Wei Trung Hien.

From the time of Hy Tong, power in the court fell into the hands of the eunuch Wei Trung Hien, who colluded with Hy Tong’s nanny, Khach Thi, to manipulate the government. Wei Trung Hien interfered in the affairs of the government and built up his influence, with his subordinates raging unruly, causing the country to become exhausted.

In 1627, Emperor Minh Hy Tong – who supported the Yem party died, and Minh Tu Tong (ie Sung Trinh De) ascended the throne. Having just ascended the throne, Sung Trinh De quickly purged the forces of the Yem party. Wei Trung Hien was stripped of all his positions and kicked out of the palace, eventually strangling himself.

Before that, in January 1626, Nurhaci led 130,000 horsemen to attack Ningyuan citadel, and the siege of the Jurchens officially broke out.

However, this time, Nurhaci’s maneuvering tactics were no longer effective against Yuan Chonghuan, a famous Ming Dynasty general from Guangdong who, from an early age, was boiling with the will to regain the lost Liaodong Peninsula. captured by the Nu Chan army.

The Later Jin army was quickly dismayed by the stormy artillery fire of the Portuguese artillery. Nurhaci was wounded, the Jurchens lost a great deal, and had to withdraw to Shenyang with a great loss of life.

In 1626, due to excessive labor, frustration and defeat before an unknown general at that time, plus old age and injuries, Nurhaci did not survive. Huang Taiji became the second Great Khan of the Later Jin Dynasty.

As soon as Nurhaci was defeated at the ancient citadel of Ningyuan outside of Son Hai, Yuan Chonghuan was promoted by the emperor to the position of Tuan Phu and Huu Thi Lang, reorganizing the defense in Liaodong.

Although he was credited with destroying the Wei Trung Hien faction, but only 1 year later, Emperor Chong Trinh increasingly expanded the use of eunuchs, restoring the eunuch regime. The eunuchs had great power, were allowed to participate in military affairs and were used as secret agents in the army.

In October 1629, Huang Taiji, after focusing on consolidating his power, crossed the Great Wall from Xifengkou and entered the interior of the Ming Dynasty, bypassing Ningyuan and Son Customs, immediately aimed at the Imperial Citadel, used a cover-up strategy, and suddenly attacked Beijing, which was beyond Yuan Chonghuan’s expectations.

Hearing the news that the Imperial Palace was besieged, Yuan Chonghuan led thousands of troops to panic and retreat to Beijing. On November 20, after half a day of dramatic battle near Quang Cu Gate, Chong Hoan was able to repel the great Jurchen army and defend the capital Beijing.

Chong Trinh De, who was an emperor with a talent for grasping the situation and being on high alert, eventually fell into the counterintelligence scheme of Hoang Thai Chi due to his autocratic and suspicious habits.

Hoang Thai Chi intentionally spread fake news about the alliance with Sung Hoan under the guise of, and then released a prisoner, a eunuch surnamed Duong, to escape and report to Sung Trinh. Sung Trinh heard that the news was true, so he ordered Vien Sung Hoan to be imprisoned for the crime of “deceiving the king and treasonous” and sentenced to death. Hoang Thai Chi gradually took the initiative on the battlefield, opening the Qing dynasty.

TOO USE OF TRADING, TERRIBLE END

In August 1630, Yuan Chonghuan was sentenced to death in Beijing, his wife and children were exiled 3,000 miles away. The historical records recorded in “Mei History” as follows: “Sung Trinh De destroyed the city wall with his own hands, pushing the nation into a catastrophe of destruction.” On the other hand, Hoang Thai Chi successfully destroyed the best enemy general without shedding a single drop of blood.

After the unjust death of Vien Sung Hoan, the Ming dynasty became more and more in crisis, the Yem party regained control of the court before the tolerance of Emperor Sung Trinh. The Later Jin army became more powerful, Huang Taiji expanded his power, later becoming the first Emperor of the Qing dynasty.

Tax rates were constantly rising to cover the costs of the war, and mass uprisings broke out everywhere. In 1644, Li Sicheng commanded a rebel army of peasants to capture Changping, a town near the Imperial City, Beijing. The next day, Beijing citadel was captured, the inner city was in danger.

Chong Trinh Di’s soul was shattered, knowing that his inheritance was lost, he told Empress Zhou and Consort Yuan to hang themselves, and then with loyal eunuch Vuong Thua An left the Forbidden City, fled to Van Tho mountain (ie. Moi Son, now Canh Son).

Arriving at Tho Hoang communal house on the top of Canh Son, Emperor Sung Trinh left a message for Vuong Thua An: “Tru Duc is thin and cowardly, being rebuked by heaven, leading to treasonous robbers dragging him straight to the scribe, all caused by his servants’ harm. I’m dead, no face to see my ancestors, take off my hat, let my hair cover my face, let the enemy break my body, don’t harm my people”; then hanged himself.

The historical records in “Minh History” about the tragic end of Emperor Sung Trinh: “During his 17-year reign, Emperor Minh Tu Tong (ie Sung Trinh De) did not care about music or beauty, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly. Despite having talented people, Minh Tu Tong did not know how to use troops, putting the government in jeopardy. As a result, due to overuse of eunuch force without adequate personnel arrangement. , the blessing is exhausted, the country loses its body.”
