From where does the buffalo come to attack the mother holding her child standing on the porch?
The incident happened in Heyuan city in Guangdong province, China. Video recorded by a surveillance camera shows a woman in her 30s holding a newborn baby outside her house in horror when she saw an aggressive buffalo rushing over.
The male buffalo used its large horns to ram the woman and the baby, causing them to fall to the ground. A man ran out from inside the house and rescued the victims from the ferocious animal.
The man then pushed the buffalo in the head and lured it out of the house, before the animal was shot dead by police.
A local police spokesman said: ‘The buffalo was being taken to a slaughterhouse when it escaped. The animal attacked a woman and her child. But the victims suffered only minor injuries.
