Dat Xanh Group has sent a letter to nominate Mr. Duong Van Bac and Mr. Tran Quoc Thinh as candidates for the position of members of the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Services.
In addition to the content of electing to replace members of the Board of Directors, the main contents that will be consulted by shareholders at this year’s General Meeting of Shareholders (April 23) are the profit distribution plan in 2021, the business plan in 2022. Accordingly, DXS targets Consolidated revenue in 2022 to reach VND 8,400 billion and Profit after tax of parent company shareholders to reach VND 1,250 billion, up 92% and 132% respectively over the same period last year.
