Customers panicked when they discovered a large python appeared on a Walmart supermarket stall in Indiana, USA.
The rare incident took place inside a branch of the Walmart supermarket chain in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. A customer discovered the giant python while shopping at the supermarket.

This person then called the Bloomington City Animal Care and Control agency. Officials from the authorities were on the scene not long after to handle the animal named “Wolverine”,
A representative of the control agency shared the incident on the Facebook page and said: “A large python appeared on a shelf at a Walmart supermarket. The customer discovered it and reported it to us. I don’t know how. The big python was able to get here but fortunately didn’t cause any damage.”
According to experts, the great python is not native to North America but is still commonly found in the continent because many people adopt it as pets. After it grows, some people release it into the wild and they multiply and grow in the wild.
After Bloomington control agents captured Wolverine, they found a new home for her.
A control agency representative said: “We have rescued the python and are looking for a new home for it. It will be suitable for experienced owners with pythons. It is still a bit stressful, not yet. get used to the environment but will feel more comfortable in a quiet environment. We believe Wolverine will make a great companion for the right family.”
Many people have applied to adopt the Wolverine python and in the future it will be sent to the most suitable new owner.
