Accordingly, while standing near an electric bicycle, a female student wearing a pink shirt was grabbed by a friend of the same age wearing a black shirt, dragged her to the middle of the road, and repeatedly hit her head and face. Mr. Phan Thanh Nhon – Principal of Thuy Chau Secondary School (Huong Thuy town, Thua Thien Hue) said, 1 One of the children who participated in the beating was named Th. (currently studying in grade 8 at Thuy Chau Secondary School). The female student was beaten in the clip and other children were studying at Thuy Phuong Secondary School (Huong Thuy town).

According to Mr. Nhon, before that, a 7th grader at Thuy Phuong Secondary School had a conflict with a 9th grade female student at the same school. To resolve the conflict, the 9th grade female student at Thuy Phuong Secondary School called Th. and a group of friends came to beat the 7th grader.

Regarding this incident, the representative of Thuy Phuong Secondary School confirmed that the management board has now asked the related students to write a report. Because the incident happened with the participation of students from other schools, the school invited the police of Thuy Chau and Thuy Phuong wards to participate, cooperate in verification and are currently waiting for the results of the investigation to have a solution.
