This is not the first time something like this has happened. In May 2020, parents of children in grade 9 of Thanh Tri Secondary School (Hoang Mai) or Phuc La Secondary School (Ha Dong) once reflected in a parent meeting that the homeroom teacher required to write a letter of consent. This makes many people frustrated because “there are children who are still trying very hard and determined to pass the exam to public schools, but teachers think that with that learning ability, it is very difficult to pass the exam”.
