Earlier, Russia’s Sputnik news agency quoted the announcement of The press service of the Eastern Military District of Russia reported, Russia and Vietnam will conduct joint military exercises to train command and consultation skills in organizing combat training activities, the press service of Russia’s Eastern Military District announced.

Accordingly, for the first time at the headquarters of the Eastern Military District of Russia held and conducted a meeting to plan joint military exercises between Russia and Vietnam. The meeting of the delegations took place in the form of online video.
