According to the indictment, at noon on December 15, 2019, Nguyen Thanh Tung was driving a motorbike on Street 14 of Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone (Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7) when he saw Le Thi Biet stopping a SH-mode motorbike by the roadside. . Tung had an idea of ​​stealing a car, so he pretended to come and talk to her.

Know that driving the car was about to leave, but Tung used his hand to clamp his neck to control the victim. Ms. Know struggled, biting Tung’s hand, causing both of them to fall into a nearby sewer. Tung pressed and held her hand. Knowing until the victim could no longer move, he left the shore.

Tung called Ka to say that he had stolen the car, and asked Ka to help take the car away. Ka agreed to meet Tung, the two brought the car to a shooting game shop on Huynh Tan Phat Street (Tan Thuan Ward) to send. Then Ka drove Tung near the crime scene to get Tung’s motorbike and then went to work.

Next, Tung brought the victim’s motorbike and sent it to Big C Supermarket, District 7 to wait for consumption. After that, Tung took the victim’s SH motorbike and took 25 million VND, exchanged the remaining 10 million VND for shooting game points for personal use.

On December 18, 2019, a security guard on patrol discovered the victim’s body under the drainage gate, so he reported it to the police. The police invited Ka to work, but Ka did not report the incident. Extracting cameras around the crime scene, the police conducted an emergency arrest for Tung.
