Galle’s car crushed the rear of the Nissan “advancing a few steps into the passenger compartment,” the affidavit said.

Five of the occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. A sixth person died at Delray Medical Center.

The victims have been identified as Mirlaine Innocent Julceus, 45, Remize Michel, 53, Marie Michelle Louis, 60, Michel Louis Saint, 77, Filaine Dieu, 46, and Vanice Percina, 29.

Galle appeared to have his Instagram handle emblazoned on the driver and passenger side of his vehicle, an investigator noted at the crash site, according to the affidavit.

The day after the collision, the sheriff’s office was notified of Galle’s Instagram and TikTok posts, “in which he recorded himself driving at extreme speed,” the affidavit states. show.

The tipper sent a screenshot of a video showing the suspect speeding on I-95, telling authorities that Galle posted the video two weeks before the crash.

A search warrant for the Instagram account led investigators to find something similar to that video, which showed Galle in a white BMW driving at 182 mph on I-95. Officials said they knew the car was similar because of the dashboard and dashboard configurations.

In an edited version of that video, he wrote the caption, “first guess MPH gets 25 cashapp”, in reference to the online payment app. Investigators noted that there were several Instagram Messenger posts related to the “guess the mph” video posted.

Galle told an investigator after the collision while on his way to the hospital that he was “over 120”.

However, officials conducted search warrants for the airbag control modules of both vehicles and found Galle driving at 151 mph at the time of the collision, while the other vehicle was driving. at 38 mph.
