Hanoi no longer has F0 in concentrated isolation area

According to the report of Hanoi Department of Health, cumulative number of cases during the 4th epidemic (from April 29, 2021) to date, the city has recorded 1,538,325 cases of COVID-19. Currently, the number of patients being treated is 122,148. In which, the number of F0 treated at the hospital is 422 cases; no more F0 treatment at the collection facilities; F0 monitors and isolates at home 121,726 cases.

The Hanoi Department of Health also reported that the total number of deaths due to COVID-19 (from April 27 to now) is 1,335 people. The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, the Ministry of Health also reported 34 cases of severe and critical F0 in the city.

The number of cases in Hanoi is assessed to decrease deeply, only yesterday (April 21), the city recorded 986 cases. Hanoi also dissolved a series of facilities collecting content to treat COVID-19 patients.

Specifically, earlier, on the afternoon of April 20, information at an online meeting of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Hanoi, Deputy Director of the Department of Health Vu Cao Cuong, said that the city had checked well control the epidemic situation, in which, most communes, wards and towns have brought the epidemic level to level 1, ready to enter a new normal state.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Health said that the epidemic has entered a receding stage, but it is difficult to end soon; the number of cases and severe cases will continue to decrease, requiring focus and treatment to reduce mortality; The health system gradually returns to a new normal.

Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Chu Xuan Dung also said that the number of COVID-19 cases has decreased deeply, so activities have basically returned to normal so far.

Regarding the operation of the city’s treatment facilities for mild and asymptomatic COVID-19 patients, Mr. Chu Xuan Dung said that the dissolution of these facilities in the current context is necessary to avoid waste medical equipment and mobilize it for reuse when necessary.

The Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee requested the Department of Finance, based on the proposal of the Department of Health, to soon issue a document guiding the relevant units in dissolving and handing over to the locality the facilities for treatment of F0 patients. This mild and asymptomatic body ensures compliance with regulations and avoids waste.
